History & Impact

Youth Development has been at the heart of Henderson Settlement from day one. Physical, emotional, social and spiritual growth are central to each program developed for our community youth.

Between our Summer Recreation Program and
year-round Youth Group Activities - there’s always something for our kids to be involved with!

The Youth Group is open for teens ages 13-18. Weekly meetings are Christ-centered with devotions & Bible lessons, shared meals and group activities. Fund raising for group trips and community projects are highlights.

Summer recreation activities take full advantage of our Community Park and Indoor Gymnasium.

Participate & Support

You can participate and support this program by donating directly to it or by contributing to the general budget. You can also participate by reviewing our Needs List and Amazon Wish List, picking out a few items and getting them shipped off to us. Or better yet - drive them on down yourself and get a first-hand look at this program, our beautiful campus and community!

If you have a passion for youth development we can plug you directly into these programs! Whether it’s overseeing an activity, leading a field trip, making snacks or teaching a devotional - there’s always something to do.
